The BridgeWater Homeowners Association (HOA) has negotiated a preferred group rate for curbside trash and garbage removal in our subdivision with Waste Management. The current bi-monthly billing rate (every other month), for garbage and trash removal, is $44.79. This rate includes weekly collection of: 1) garbage/trash, 2) separate recycling of paper/plastics, and 3) up to eight (8) bags of yard waste per week, as well as disposal of one “bulk item” per month (e.g., dishwasher, washing machine, etc.).
While you are free to contract with other garbage removal service providers, we believe the rate being offered by Waste Management is highly competitive, and has the added benefit that if all residents use the same service provider trash cans are only displayed curbside in our subdivision one day per week.
Trash pickup day for the BridgeWater subdivision is currently scheduled for every Friday.
