About

Welcome to BridgeWater Subdivision

BridgeWater subdivision, located in Johns Creek, is an upscale, family-oriented, community of 78 homes bordering Alpharetta and Roswell.  Located within walking distance of the award-winning Newtown Park, and close proximity to local shopping centers and malls, restaurants, recreation, churches and temples, libraries, medical facilities; and direct access to downtown Atlanta and Lake Lanier, via GA-400 (US-19). All of these features place BridgeWater in one of the most desirable areas of northeast suburban Atlanta.

In addition to local private and public recreational facilities, BridgeWater maintains a number of subdivision facilities for use by its homeowners and their guests.  Facilities available to homeowners include two lighted tennis courts, a pool, and a clubhouse.  Tennis courts can be reserved using a website, and the clubhouse can be reserved by residents for private parties and gatherings.

To bring residents together and promote neighborhood involvement, the homeowners association sponsors a number of social events for both adults and children throughout the year.  Additionally, BridgeWater has an active tennis club that competes throughout the year with neighboring subdivisions.

The public educational facilities currently assigned to the neighborhood are some of the best in the area, further enhancing the desirability of our subdivision as your home.  Schools currently assigned to BridgeWater include:  Barnwell Elementary, Haynes Bridge Middle School, and Centennial High School.
