Recreational Facilities – Overview:
BridgeWater maintains a number of recreational facilities for use by its residents and their guests. These facilities are maintained using a portion of the annual HOA fees paid by all subdivision residents. As such, residents who are not current in their payment of HOA dues will have their use of subdivision recreational privileges suspended until HOA dues and any late fees are paid in full.
